Masters and Mentors 2009 - Meanings and Methods in Older Adult's Sporting Activities

We have an on-line registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau. All reservations (incl. social programme and hotel) should be made on the same registration form, also the programme that is included in the registration fee. Conference fee includes VAT 0 %

*Only for pensioners and PHD students. Verifying pensioner or student documentation is required on site. Please inform your student card number or date of birth (pensioners) on the form "Other special information".

Registration fees include (student or pensioner fee also):

• Admission to the scientific sessions
• Conference material
• Lunches and refreshments during the breaks
• Get Together (August 9th)
• Conference Dinner (August 10th)
• Farewell Party (August 11th)
• Conference services at the venue
• Transportation from hotel to conference venue (reserved tog registration)

Please note that the travel costs, hotel accommodation and insurances are not included in the fees.

Payment

All payments (registration fee, hotel deposit and possible social programme fee) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration.

Please use the participant's reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Credit card payments will be dealt automatically.

Note!
• All payments should be free of bank handling charges.
• Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers' or company cheques can not be accepted.
• Invoice will be sent only by request. Invoice supplement EUR 9,00 will be added to the invoice.

Confirmation of registration

TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the registration upon receiving the registration and payments. No confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by email: MMconf09@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.

If cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received before 1 July 2009, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of EUR 50 for handling fee and/or the deposit will be refunded except EUR 10 for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 1 July 2009, no refund will be made.

There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-show. There is no extra fee if a delegate's cancelled registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organizsation.
