Poster Stand - Excellent Visibility for Nordic Companies

Take full advantage of excellent poster stand opportunities!

Cleantech Venture Day offers great visibility for 20 Nordic companies. The poster exhibition area will be located in the Forest Hall, where the participants gather for breaks and networking lunch.

Poster Stand Instructions

The poster exhibition opens at 8:30 am on November 26. It will be a set up for max 20 companies and organisations that will be accepted in the registration order. The poster exhibition area will be located at the Forest Hall of Sibelius Hall where the participants gather for breaks, networking lunch and cocktails.

Registration and Fee

Small Stand, including the following:

• One poster exhibition panel. The size of the panel is 1000 mm x 1300 mm
• One material holder
• One small table
• Two free registration passes for Cleantech Venture Day
• Company presentation on the event websitre and in the event guide

Stand registration fee is 600 eur+ VAT 22 %.

Large Stand, including the following:

• Two poster exhibition panels, eac. The size of each panel is 1000 mm x 1300 mm
• Two material holders
• One small table
• Three free registration passes for Cleantech Venture Day
• Company presentation on the event website and in the event guide

Stand registration fee is 1.200 eur+ VAT 22 %.

Set-up and disassembly

Set-up will take place on Thursday, November 26, 07:30-08:30 a.m. and disassembly on the same day by 4:30 p.m. Poster presenters are responsible for the set-up and the disassambly of own materials. The posters will be fixed either with adhesive tape or pins. Assisting personnel will help with the details. For additional information, please contact us beforehand.

Please do not send your posters to us in advance. Bring them with you!
